The Objective: To create an online marketing tool for the Wisconsin Harbor Town Association, a cooperative comprised of 18 Wisconsin towns on Lake Michigan or Lake Superior, that attracts and retains more traffic and drives visitors to each harbor town.

The CDC Solution: The new site not only reflects the beauty of each harbor town experience but is also designed to optimize search engine traffic. Landing pages for each town feature consistent categories of information helping users navigate through activities, attractions, lodging, boating and marina information. Visitors link out to each town’s Web site for detailed information. The site also gathers information from users to deliver enticing tourism information.
